Chapter Leaders Earn Wilderness First Aid Certification

During the 16-hour workshop, the instructor, Kyle, taught participants a method for systematically assessing the patient, treating common injuries, and determining an evacuation plan if necessary. This is a valuable certification for volunteers to have to help keep everyone safe on outings, or assisting anyone who is injured in the wilderness.
